Orders can be canceled within 24 of placing them. After this period, we begin the production process, and cancellations may not be possible.

Due to the personalized and custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Defective or Damaged Products
